With sampling carried out by our specialists and express analysis immediately afterwards on our highly sensitive laboratory instruments, we deliver a fast and highly precise analytical result for a wide range of questions. Alternatively, you can send us gas samples taken by your own specialists.
In that case our service team is glad to provide sampling kits and transport boxes and to handle dispatch and collection for you. On request we also install sampling systems at your site for straightforward handling of the sampling process.
You receive our detailed result reports immediately after the analysis. Our experts are available to discuss the results and are glad to advise you.
We offer the following services:
Our testing laboratory is accredited to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 by the DAkkS The accreditation covers exclusively the scope stated in the annex to the certificate.

Our mobile laboratory makes gas quality measurement of laboratory standard possible directly on site – for example at production facilities, during loading and unloading of tankers or during plant commissioning. The causes of any deviations from target values can be investigated immediately on site.
The innovative sampling system enables online measurement in virtually any application at pressures up to 1,000 bar. The sample can be taken directly at the filling coupling, with no need for a service employee of the customer or the manufacturer to be present.
As a testing laboratory accredited to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018, we work to the highest quality standards and international norms. In addition, we work to in-house methods that we have developed and validated ourselves.
The measurement technology installed in the vehicle has also been successfully validated with regard to the limit values under SAE J2719, ISO 14687 and DIN EN 17124, in cooperation with a specialty gas producer in Germany.

As hydrogen becomes established as an energy carrier, materials and auxiliary substances that come into contact with hydrogen under various conditions (pressure, temperature) must be tested for chemically and physically neutral behaviour. This applies in particular to seals, adhesives, lubricants and plastics. If impurities are released from these materials, sensitive components such as the membrane electrode assembly of the PEM fuel cell can be damaged or destroyed. Toxic substances such as hydrogen sulphide may also be formed.
Using the measuring chambers we have developed ourselves for analysing material compatibility, we can reveal undesirable reactions of hydrogen-wetted parts while varying pressure, temperature and flow.
This allows potential sources of hydrogen contamination to be identified in advance and ruled out through the targeted selection of suitable materials.
As one of only two officially approved certification bodies in Germany, we certify a broad spectrum of test and calibration gas mixtures:
